The place we went to is (I think) the most popular spot to get falafels in Paris because there were tons of people there and guys who took your order outside, showed you where to go to wait, tried to coax others to come join the line, and kept people out of the way of cars in this tiny space. Let me tell you, it was pretty exciting.
